Redefined Talent was founded by Cindy Lamar, a seasoned HR and Talent leader with deep experience across agency, in-house, and executive recruiting environments. With a career built inside high-growth digital agencies and global organizations, Cindy brings a rare insider perspective to what it actually takes to build strong, scalable teams.

Before launching Redefined Talent, Cindy held senior leadership roles including Head of Talent Acquisition at 360i and Dentsu, where she partnered closely with executive leadership to support global teams and evolving business needs. During this time, she also designed and launched a scalable early careers talent program, creating a long-term pipeline of high-potential talent and strengthening workforce planning through the conversion of emerging professionals into full-time hires.

 

Most recently, Cindy served as Head of Talent & Human Resources at Cardinal Digital Marketing, leading talent strategy for a high-growth digital agency navigating rapid expansion, competitive hiring markets, and culture-building at scale.

Across these roles, Cindy saw firsthand what was broken in traditional recruiting: misaligned incentives, rushed placements, surface-level vetting, and candidates treated like transactions rather than people.
